Earlier this year, Mutual switched all debit and credit cards to EMV chip-enabled cards in an effort to offer the best possible protection for you and your accounts. As of today, October 27, 2016, non-chip cards will not work and any transactions you try to make will be declined. Please make sure to activate your new cards you received earlier this year to make transactions. Notices were sent out with statements to remind you to make sure you had your new card activated. If for some reason you do not have your EMV chip-enabled card, please speak with one of our member service representatives who will be happy to assist you.
